RunForge
One-time setup: connect this app to your Firebase project so your runs, weights and settings sync across devices.
Firebase console steps (do these first)
- Go to console.firebase.google.com → Add project → name it RunForge (Analytics off is fine).
- Build → Authentication → Sign-in method → enable Google (enter your email as the support email).
- Build → Firestore Database → Create database → Start in production mode → pick the closest region.
- In Firestore, open the Rules tab and paste exactly this, then Publish:

- Project Settings (gear icon) → General → Your apps → </> Web → register nickname RunForge Web → copy the firebaseConfig object.
- Paste the config JSON below and hit Save. After this app is deployed, add its URL under Authentication → Settings → Authorized domains.
Stored only in this browser's localStorage. Each device needs it once.
